Acceptable Use Policy

• Illegal activity, or content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes others' rights.
• Malware, exploits, credential harvesting, or attempts to breach, disrupt, or probe systems without authorization.
• Spam, bulk unsolicited messaging, or evading rate limits, bans, or platform rules.
• Harassment, hate speech, threats, or content that sexually exploits or endangers minors.
• Fraud, impersonation, or deceptive practices, including generating fake reviews, engagement, or identities.
• Scraping or automating access to third-party services in violation of their terms.
• Infringing intellectual property or misappropriating trade secrets or confidential information.

You must configure digital people with appropriate guardrails and only connect integrations you are authorized to use. Do not delegate tasks that would cause a digital person to violate this AUP, a platform's terms, or applicable law. Require human approval for sensitive or irreversible actions.

Do not share credentials outside your organization, attempt to access another organization's data, interfere with tenant isolation, or circumvent authentication, authorization, or usage limits.

The Services are not designed for use where failure could lead to death, personal injury, or severe environmental or property damage, or for fully automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on individuals without human oversight.

We may investigate suspected violations and may remove content, disable digital people or integrations, throttle, suspend, or terminate accounts or organizations, and report unlawful activity to authorities. We aim to give notice where practical, but may act immediately to protect the Services or others.
