You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, and are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Services.

The Services support multi-tenant organizations. A user account is separate from an organization and may belong to more than one. Within an organization, roles (owner, admin, member) determine permissions. Organization owners and admins are responsible for managing membership and configuration. Data belonging to one organization is isolated from other organizations.

You are responsible for the digital people you configure, the instructions and guardrails you set, the integrations you enable, and the tasks you delegate. You must ensure you have the rights and permissions necessary for a digital person to act on the connected platforms. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and actions, particularly where you have not required approval for sensitive operations.

Your use of the Services is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

Integrations connect the Services to third-party platforms that have their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party platforms, and your use of them through the Services is at your own risk and subject to those platforms' terms.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis according to the plan you select. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or expressly stated. We may change pricing with prior notice effective at your next renewal. You are responsible for applicable taxes.

We and our licensors own the Services and all related intellectual property. You retain ownership of the content you provide. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit your content solely to operate and improve the Services and to perform the tasks you delegate.

Each party will protect the other's confidential information. Our processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. Where we act as a processor for your organization's data, a data processing addendum may apply.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that automated actions will always be correct.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues. Our total liability arising out of or related to the Services will not exceed the amounts you paid to us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

You will indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your content, your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

You may stop using the Services at any time and may delete your account or organization from settings. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, legal risk, or security reasons. On termination, your right to use the Services ceases and we will handle your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

We may modify the Services and these Terms. For material changes to the Terms we will provide notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction stated in your order or, if none, the jurisdiction where the contracting entity is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
